I had been servicing my Thunderbird with Franklin for the last 1.5 years. Thrice I have given the vehicle. Once for full service and twice for minor issues In Auto start. He is a very knowledgeable Mechanic and fixes the issue instantly. Will also suggest ways to avoid unnecessary items and gets genuine spare parts. Overall my Bike is happy and in good condition always and therefore I am happy as well.
Earlier I have burnt myself with AMCs in authorised Showrooms and their workshops. Ended up highly looted and all i got was cosmetic services and lot of lip services. I highly recommend Franklin to all Royal Enfield Bike owners and others as well. He also provides pick up and drop facility for busy people like me.

Good place to get your vehicle (especially Royal Enfield) repaired; genuine people, and also state-of-the-art tools. At a very reasonable and affordable price, don't have to burn a hole in your pocket, though.
